Join our team at F1 Arcade We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities Manager to ensure our venue in Boston run smoothly and safely. If you have a knack for maintenance and enjoy creating a conducive workspace, this could be the perfect role for you.


As a Facilities Manager you will:

- Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks on facilities equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety.

- Monitor inventory of facility supplies and materials, replenishing as needed to support operational needs.

- Assist in setting up and arranging meeting rooms and workspaces to facilitate company meetings and events.

- Conduct safety checks regularly and report any hazards or issues promptly to ensure a safe environment for all.

- Support facility security measures and access control protocols to safeguard company assets and personnel.

- Respond promptly to facility-related requests and inquiries from employees, addressing concerns efficiently.


Experience Requirements:

- Basic knowledge of facility maintenance and repair procedures to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively. (ie painting, basic electrical, basic plumbing, basic carpentry, as well as maintaining bathroom fixtures, lighting needs, along with general knowledge of facility maintenance and repair procedures to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively).

- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively for various maintenance tasks (i.e. painting, power tools, general upkeep and repair).

- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory, supplies, and materials efficiently.

- Effective communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with colleagues and external vendors.

- Attention to detail in inspecting and maintaining facilities to uphold high standards of cleanliness and functionality.

- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus, demonstrating proficiency in facility management practices.
