Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Franchise Development Marketing Manager to drive our franchise development initiatives with a strong focus on lead generation and content creation. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in performance marketing and channel marketing expertise, along with proficiency in design and marketing CRM software and social media platforms. This role involves creating and optimizing omnichannel content to drive interest and engagement with our franchise opportunities. You will work closely with the Vice President of Franchise Development Operations to develop, execute, and distribute assets in support of content strategies. Collaboration with sales and marketing teams is essential, as well as staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: implement and optimize lead generation strategies, develop and execute paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms, and analyze campaign performance to attract potential franchisees and improve results.
  • Content Creation: Create compelling copy, graphic designs, and engaging content for various marketing materials, and collaborate with internal teams to produce high-quality video content.
  • Messaging and Positioning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine messaging and communicate the benefits of our franchise system to potential candidates through various content formats.
  • Content Management: Regularly update, audit, and ensure consistency and accuracy across all sales materials and external listings, including portals and landing pages.
  • Email and Marketing Automation Strategies: Develop and implement email and marketing automation strategies to nurture leads, streamline processes, and create engaging email campaigns that convert potential franchisees.
  • Market Research and Competitor Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities, enabling proactive initiatives to stay competitive in franchise development.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of three (3) or more years of experience in Marketing or Communications.
  • Strong skills in design, copywriting, and editing.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and paid advertising.
  • Experience with design/editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Expertise in performance marketing and channel marketing.
  • Proficient in using marketing CRM software and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Previous experience in franchise development marketing is preferred.
  • Creative and analytical thinker.
  • Ability to execute effective lead generation and content creation strategies.
