Job Duty Requirements: 

  • You’ll ultimately be given specific accounting tasks in AR, AP and Month-End Closing procedures. You’ll focus on these tasks and master them. As you demonstrate your performance and capability, and as the company grows, you’ll be given the opportunity to focus and master other Accounting and financial tasks. 
  • Minimum of 2 years work experience in Accounting related position or job.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Knowledge of Quickbooks (desktop preferred).
  • Knowledge of general Accounts Payable.
  • Knowledge of general Accounts Receivable.
  • Knowledge of reconciling business transactions.
  • Knowledge of month end closing procedures.1
  • Clean driving record.
  • Valid UT driver's license.

Pay / Hours:  We are considering qualified candidates for FT work.  Your work hours can be anytime between 8:00 am and 5:30 pm M-F at our Spanish Fork location.  We assume a 40 hour work week.  Pay will be $15-$30/hr; depending on overall experience.

Team: You'll work directly with our Auto Repair and Auto Body teams.  You will be a key member of the Accounting team required to interact with everyone in the business in helping to deliver amazing customer service.
