Shift Premium: $1.00/hour extra for shift differential

Bonus: This position is eligible to participate in the Plant Profit Sharing Program. (Quarterly profit sharing.)

• Health, Safety, and Environmental Accountability: Responsible for overseeing and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Work Order Coordination and Prioritization: Reviews, prioritizes, and transforms incoming work requests into planned, kitted, and scheduled work packages, ensuring efficient backlog management and work order closure.
• Maintenance Scheduling and Planning: Develops weekly and outage schedules, prioritizing maintenance tasks, integrating predictive and preventive maintenance, and maximizing resource utilization.
• Collaboration and Communication: Conducts planning and scheduling meetings with Maintenance and Production personnel, coordinates maintenance service contracts, and works with Storeroom Personnel to ensure successful kitting.
• Continuous Reliability Improvement (CRI) and Reporting: Sets a positive example of CRI, generates necessary reports and metrics, and ensures timely review and closure of completed work orders.

• Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and computer skills.
• Proficient with the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
• Proficient knowledge of the maintenance management systems MVP.
• A detailed understanding of effective scheduling and workflow process in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read P&ID's, mechanical and electrical prints, dimensions and tolerances.
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic process equipment.
• Proven capability or ability to learn Oracle and other programs as needed.
• AS degree and or minimum of 5 years manufacturing plant experience, 2 years of maintenance organization
