Position Summary:

This role involves developing sales strategies, overseeing daily sales operations, and collaborating with the marketing team to align sales efforts with overall marketing initiatives. The Sales Manager will play a crucial role in implementing sales tactics, managing key accounts, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while generating and nurturing high-quality leads. The Sales Manager is responsible for training the customer service team to achieve revenue targets and expand market share, with a key focus on lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound leads for CoolBot Turnkey Coolers, including quoting, designing, closing, and processing sales.
  • Develop and execute digital and outbound/inbound marketing and sales campaigns, encompassing email, direct mail, social media, outbound phone work, and public relations efforts.
  • Consult with and close sales for individual clients and partners/distributors for all Store It Cold products.
  • Provide insights on customer and market trends, product capabilities, and marketing collateral.
  • Develop and implement best practices for managing orders, marketing, technical inquiries, and logistics.
  • Generate reports on referral programs, coupons, and promotion tracking metrics.
  • Act as project manager and provide key support to executive staff as needed.
  • Create, implement, and update client acquisition programs, and contribute to best practices.
  • Research channel data to support product and campaign implementation.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Experience in directing sales, leadership, and coordination with customers and dealers.
  • Proactive approach to generating leads and enhancing brand visibility.
  • Expertise in social media and digital sales and marketing.
  • Background in customer care, retention, and market expansion.
  • Passionate, self-motivated, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and ZenDesk.
  • Strong organizational skills, including database management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and basic graphic design.
  • Basic technical and engineering knowledge related to cold storage and HVAC/refrigeration is a plus.

Education and Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or Sports Marketing.

· Ability to engage with executive-level customers and understand their durable goods and capital expenditure (CapEx) needs.

· Resilient in handling both rejections and acceptances with equal professionalism.

· Excellent communication and public speaking skills, with proficiency in a second language being a plus. plus

Language, Physical, and Travel Requirements:

  • Proficiency in verbal and written English is required.
  • Proficiency in verbal and written Spanish is preferred
  • Extended periods of sitting at a desk and working at a computer.
  • Occasionally lifting weights of up to 45 pounds.
  • Travel 10%
