About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Manager/Technical Director Assistant to support the oversight and management of entertainment production technology-focused projects. This role is local to the Dallas, Ft. Worth, Houston, Austin, and College Station areas, providing crucial assistance during pre-production, installation, and logistics phases.
Location: Local to Dallas, Ft. Worth, Houston, Austin, and College Station areas
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management of pre-production, installation, and logistics of entertainment production technology projects.
- Support the technical aspects of installations, including Lighting, Audio, Video, Rigging, and IT.
- Aid in the coordination of equipment and personnel during the installation phase.
- Act as a secondary point of contact for clients on assigned projects.
- Help manage delivery schedules and logistics to ensure timely project completion.
- Assist with inventory management in collaboration with procurement.
- Travel within the local area to project sites as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Some experience in live broadcast, event, and film & TV productions.
- Basic understanding of project management principles.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel locally and adapt to a flexible schedule.
- Familiarity with equipment and logistics management is a plus.
