We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Manager/Technical Director Assistant to support the oversight and management of entertainment production technology-focused projects. This role is local to the Dallas, Ft. Worth, Houston, Austin, and College Station areas, providing crucial assistance during pre-production, installation, and logistics phases.

Location: Local to Dallas, Ft. Worth, Houston, Austin, and College Station areas

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management of pre-production, installation, and logistics of entertainment production technology projects.
  • Support the technical aspects of installations, including Lighting, Audio, Video, Rigging, and IT.
  • Aid in the coordination of equipment and personnel during the installation phase.
  • Act as a secondary point of contact for clients on assigned projects.
  • Help manage delivery schedules and logistics to ensure timely project completion.
  • Assist with inventory management in collaboration with procurement.
  • Travel within the local area to project sites as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Some experience in live broadcast, event, and film & TV productions.
  • Basic understanding of project management principles.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel locally and adapt to a flexible schedule.
  • Familiarity with equipment and logistics management is a plus.
