Project Management and Contracting Internship

As a Project Management and Contracting Associate Intern, you'll collaborate with our experienced Project Managers and field technicians, diving into engaging projects and gaining hands-on experience in low-voltage wiring.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Coordination: Assist Project Managers in mapping out, coordinating, and executing projects to ensure timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Documentation and Communication: Help with essential paperwork and documentation, as well as coordinate communications between teams to support Project Managers in achieving project milestones.
  • Contracting and Technical Support: Work alongside field technicians to learn the ropes of low-voltage wiring and provide technical support for Synergy Fiber products and services.

Customer Support and Program Details:
  • Client Support: Handle incoming client calls with exceptional service, creating tickets that cater to each client's specific needs.
  • On-Site and On-Call Support: Provide technical support for Synergy Fiber products and services both on-site and over the phone, with a willingness to be on-call during after-hours and weekends on a rotational basis.
