Position Summary:

As a Business Data and Analytics Specialist, in our Information Management Department, you will play a crucial role in organizing, maintaining, and analyzing data for our company. You'll collaborate with teams to understand their needs, ensure data accuracy, and drive informed decision-making. You will also work closely with Executive Leadership on strategic initiatives that drive improvement in company data systems and dashboards.

Responsibilities:

This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.

  • Collaborate with teams to understand data needs and address concerns.
  • Gather and organize data using MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders on data and reporting needs, assessing potential risks and opportunities.
  • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities, leveraging data for driving improvement.
  • Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.
  • Prepare reports for executive leadership that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.
  • Maintain data structure of CRM, manage regular CRM data cleaning, document processes, and best practices.
