Job Summary

The Stonehill College Department of Business is seeking a highly qualified Assistant or Associate Professor of Business Analytics to join our faculty team. As a key member of our academic community, you will be responsible for teaching and mentoring graduate students in our Master of Professional Studies in Data Analytics program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach a variety of graduate courses in business analytics, including statistics, database management, data mining, and visualization.
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge of new software and technologies used in business analytics and academic programs.
  • Assume administrative responsibilities, such as curriculum development, student recruitment, student support and advising, faculty coordination, and course scheduling.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the Master of Professional Studies in Data Analytics program.
Requirements
  • Doctoral degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of full-time experience in graduate higher education.
  • Some administrative experience, such as serving as a Director or Chair, is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ongoing research productivity and participation in the broader academic community.
  • Commitment to service to the Department, School, and College.
  • Strong interest in teaching and mentoring graduate students.
