The ideal candidate will have an extensive knowledge of the auto industry, excellent customer service skills, and be diligent in providing high-quality client rental experience. In this position, you will oversee all rental operations.

Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time, base plus commission customer service job in the auto industry with a highly competitive annual pay of $40,000. The Long of Chattanooga AutoMall offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, vacation time, and more.

Responsibilities:
•
• Oversee the customer rental experience for a variety of customer profiles.
• Conduct customer feedback and satisfaction surveys and recommend changes as needed.
• Organize and maintain rental car fleet according to all standard procedures.
• Develop and coordinate promotional plans to develop rental business.
• Resolve customer complaints and any other rental-related issues in a timely manner.
• Review reports and track KPIs.
• Develop operational improvements to increase efficiency, productivity, and cost reduction.

Requirements:
•
• 3+ years of auto rental management experience.
• Proven track record of superior customer service.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills and professional demeanor.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
