Who You Are…

The incumbent is responsible for strategically growing Limbach's specialty equipment rental fleet through capturing of all available internal and external sales opportunities.

KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leads, manages and develops Limbach's specialty rental niche in accordance with Company strategy.
  • Redeems national rental sales plans.
  • Leads rental fleet expansion initiatives, including growth & investment strategies with ROI.
  • Develops and drives rental sales strategies for growth with all national customers and existing branch business units.
  • Manages fulfillment and customer satisfaction for all rental customers.
  • Partners with Corporate Marketing to create and drive marketing campaigns directed to national and local branch customers.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • This position operates predominantly in a warehouse environment, but makes outside deliveries out in the field to construction projects. Performance of job tasks may entail varying exposure to weather, potentially harmful materials or chemicals, fumes, odors, noise, dangerous machinery, and/or other conditions typically associated with active warehouses and/or construction sites.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • In performing the duties of this job, the incumbent is regularly required to talk, hear, perform repetitive motion, and possess an appropriate degree of both visual acuity and manual dexterity.
  • This is considered a sedentary position, which means possible exertion up to ten (10) pounds of force occasionally, and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.

TRAVEL:

  • This position may require up to 75% local travel, primarily to client offices/meetings and jobsites.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 8+ years of professional sales experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to engage in effective collaboration and communication (both written and verbal).
  • Effective organizational, presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of the equipment rental industry and marketplace.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
  • Previous supervisory/management experience in leading high performance teams.
