Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare or related field or equivalent experience. Master’s in Healthcare or Business preferred.
  • 8 -10 years of professional work experience in Healthcare
  • 5 years of healthcare management experience ideally in a physician office setting
  • Previous experience with physician recruitment
  • Orthopedic experience a plus
  • Knowledge of surgical clinic workflow
  • Ability to engage and collaborate with all levels from C-Suite to staff
  • Willingness to learn and perform all positions within a clinic
  • Ability to work in stressful environment
  • Excellent organizational, written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
  • Proven ability to translate a strategic plan into operational policy
  • Demonstrated track record of management of personnel and fiscal resources with never compromising patient satisfaction
  • Leadership ability to guide, direct, and mentor a multi-layered staff
  • Knowledge, understanding and experience in using various marketing tactics, including market research, advertising, community relations, direct mail, collateral, digital media, event planning, etc
  • Knowledge, understanding and experience with strategy development and operations, incl. financial management, target setting, resource optimization and prioritization
  • Working knowledge of all modes of communication including print, digital, photography, video, social media channels, verbal presentations, activities, and grassroots efforts
  • Must be creative, versatile, self-motivated, takes initiative, driven, detail-oriented, and responsive
  • Position requires strategic thinking and strategy development.
  • Travel to Atlanta including overnight required – 10%
