Whitestone Healthcare is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at East Central Regional Hospital. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct health screenings and collect lab samples as needed.
- Assist with on-the-job training and education of new staff members.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories and treatment plans.
Requirements:
- Active nursing license in the state of Georgia.
- Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Current tuberculosis (TB) test results.
- Current influenza (flu) vaccination or medical/religious exemption.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
Working Conditions:
