HCA North Florida Division is seeking an experienced Internal Medicine Program Director to lead our established internal medicine residency program. As a key member of our Graduate Medical Education team, you will be responsible for overseeing the program's administrative and educational aspects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the internal medicine residency program
  • Develop and implement program goals, objectives, and policies
  • Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure program excellence
  • Manage program budgets and resources
  • Ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital administrators, faculty, and residents
Requirements
  • Board certification in internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine
  • Minimum of 3 years of faculty experience in an ACGME-accredited internal medicine residency program
  • At least 3 years of prior GME administrative experience
  • Strong administrative and team-building skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate administrative duties with diagnostic teaching responsibilities
