Position Responsibilities:
- Provide help to Dental Assistants, Dental Hygienists, and the Doctor by keeping the workflow steady with clean instruments and maintained equipment.
- Assist Hygienists by entering perio chart and entering prior treatment.
- Prioritize tasks based on the primary goal of assisting restorative team.
- Complete Daily, Weekly, and Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly checklists.
- Complete Maintenance Logs based on equipment schedules.
- Pursue individual and team Goals
- Participate in staff meetings and One-on-Ones.
- Follow protocol included in the Employee Handbook, Disciplinary Guidelines, and all safety materials.
- Exemplify core values.
Position Requirements:
- Dental Assisting or Sterilization experience preferred but new grads welcome
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.
- Excellent teamwork and patient-care skills.
- The ability to commit to the required schedule and be reliable
Schedule requirements: Monday-Friday, alternating Mondays and Fridays off resulting in a 4 day work week, usually. An occasional Saturday may be requested when needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
