Job Overview

Tri City Dental Care is seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our dental team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support during various general dental procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist dentists with general dental procedures, including simple extractions and fillings.
  • Prepare patients for treatment by explaining procedures and ensuring comfort.
  • Keep track of patient dental records and update them as necessary.
  • Provide chairside assistance during various dental procedures.
  • Educate patients about proper oral care and hygiene.
  • Pursue individual and team goals.
  • Participate in staff meetings and one-on-one discussions.
  • Follow established protocols and safety guidelines.
Requirements
  • Certification from an accredited dental assistant program.
  • Prior experience in a dental assisting role is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.
  • Excellent teamwork and patient-care skills.
  • Schedule requirements: 4 days a week, alternating Mondays and Fridays off. Flexibility for 5 days a week as needed.
