As a Customer Experience Specialist you will focus on meaningful connections that represent the Frndly TV brand in a positive way. This role will focus on owning customer issues and following problems through to resolution.
Compensation:
$19.50 Per Hour
- Possible additional compensation includes overtime pay, sick pay, & vacation pay
What your day looks like:
- Full-time
- 100% of customer interactions are written only NO PHONES (email, chat messaging, etc.)
- This is an In-Office Position in Denver, CO.
- Create and maintain positive customer interactions with our people and product
- Provide world-class customer experience for all customer inquiries through empathetic, timely, accurate, and efficient interactions
- Identify root causes of customer issues and provides long term solutions
- Collaborate with your team and with teams across the company
- Own customer issues and follow problems through to resolution
- Support a wide range of customer issues including inquiries regarding sales, product features, technical support, billing, account management, general information, and more
What we're looking for in you:
- Work hours are 12:30PM to 9PM, must be willing to work weekend and holidays
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 1-2+ years of customer service experience in high volume call center environment preferred
- Ability to type 60+ words per minute
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, work with minimal supervision, multi-task, and work under pressure
- Able to work flexible hours, at least one weekend day and holidays
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Customer Relationship Management Apps
- Experience with Freshdesk, Freshchat, and Slack a huge plus
