Responsibilities
Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, address their inquiries, and assist with policy changes.
Insurance Sales: Cross-sell and upsell insurance products to meet the unique needs of each client and enhance their coverage. Cold calling leads daily to gain new business.
Policy Processing: Accurately process policy changes, endorsements, and renewals.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized client records and documentation.
Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure their long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
Insurance License: Must hold a valid insurance license, preferably in property and casualty or able to obtain one within 2 weeks of job offer.
Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships.
Sales Experience: Prior experience in insurance sales or a related field is highly desirable.
Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Communication Skills: Clear and professional verbal and written communication abilities.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
Proficient with Technology: Comfortable working with insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
