Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are currently seeking an Inside Sales Manager in Latrobe. This is a key leadership role that requires strong sales skills, market knowledge, and the ability to effectively manage a sales team of 3-5 Inside Sales Reps.
Inside Sales Manager role includes:
  • Hire, train, and develop a team of inside salespeople.
  • Take ownership of major accounts and prospects.
  • Establish a channel sales system for very large reseller prospects and customers. (BDR)
  • Set sales goals, track progress, and lead team to achieve and exceed those quotas.
  • Elevated sense of urgency to efficiently respond to customer needs. Effectively train sales team to communicate and solicit the appropriate internal resources to aid customer communications.
  • Describe all optional equipment/products available for customer purchase.
  • Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of sales performance by the region or division.
  • Train, develop and build a team that will learn to increase sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
  • Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist team members in quoting, following up on open quotes and closing deals. Complete ownership of the entire sales team.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in ERP/CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • No Travel required, this position is based out of our Latrobe, PA Office.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience with proven track record of sales accomplishments in a related industry.
  • Aftermarket or industrial distributor sales (representative management) experience is preferred.
