Key Responsibilities
- Achieve new business production targets and objectives.
- Generate new business through various channels including phone outreach and networking.
- Create insurance quotes, deliver compelling sales presentations, and finalize sales.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, and Auto Dealers.
- Collect all necessary documentation from clients.
- Utilize each customer interaction as an opportunity for cross-selling and upselling additional financial products.
- Comprehend and adhere to all underwriting, rating, and compliance protocols.
- Stay informed about new product offerings.
- Engage in prospecting and generating new business through referrals and leads.
Qualifications
- A genuine eagerness to learn, be resourceful, and open to coaching.
- A positive, energetic, and enthusiastic demeanor.
- A self-starter with a strong sense of urgency.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A Property & Casualty license is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Proven ability to initiate contact and secure appointments.
- Professional phone manners.
- Commitment to exceeding client expectations.
