A large multi-physician, multi-location retina practice, Denver, Colorado
· MUST have strong RETINA revenue cycle experience
· Minimum of five (5) years revenue cycle leadership
· MUST be an In-office role…remote is not an option
· Relocation assistant considered for candidates willing to relocate to Denver
· Will oversee all aspects of the revenue cycle process including front-end financial clearance activities and back-end billing and collections
· Need experience providing leadership, direction and focus for a revenue cycle team monitoring productivity targets, assessing team performance, coaching supervisors and indirect reports, identifying gaps in processes leading to revenue leakage and recommending corrective measures
· Must have solid experience in A/R, collections, charge entry, payment posting, refunds, etc.
RequirementsMUST have strong RETINA revenue cycle experience
