Reports To: Chief of Single-Family Operations, Hashem Holdings

Start Date: Immediate, by May 19th, 2024

Core Responsibilities:

  • Support leading and managing Property Managers in overseeing scattered single-family home portfolios throughout the United States.
  • Coordinate with Property Managers (PMs)to ensure efficient property management operations.
  • Supervise delinquency, collections, renewals, and move-out processes.
  • Maintain accurate tenant and owner ledgers using property management software, particularly Appfolio.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement portfolio growth strategies.
  • Resolve tenant and owner inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and company policies through regular meetings and training sessions.


Expectations for Success:

  • Drive strategic milestones toward managing 20,000 units and selling 500 homes.
  • Uphold and promote core values of Creativity, Urgency, and Trust.
  • Achieve a 30%+ profit margin through effective management.
  • Develop and implement systems and processes to enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Lead a PM team aligned with our vision and values, demonstrating accountability and professionalism.
  • Maintain a portfolio occupancy rate of 90%+.
  • Achieve a lease renewal rate of 67%+.
  • Maintain a retention rate of 90%+ for managed properties.
  • Maintain a 4.5+ star rating for each office on Google and other review sites.


Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Previous experience in property management or related fields preferred.
  • Proficiency in property management software, specifically Appfolio.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Accounting or related field preferred.
  • Previous Single-Family home management experience is preferred.
