As a Front Desk Guest Service Agent, you would be scheduled 3 days a week from 3pm-11pm.



What duties does the Front Desk Agent perform?

The Front Desk Agent is responsible for answering phones, taking guest reservations, performing check-ins and check-outs, answering questions about the hotel and area, along with handling and resolving guest complaints. Our Front Desk team also performs shuttle runs when needed, so a valid driver's license is required along with being at least 22 years of age per our insurance guidelines.
