Job Overview

Home2 Suites by Hilton is seeking a dedicated Guest Services Representative/Night Auditor to enhance our operations. We are in search of individuals who can accommodate a flexible schedule, which may vary from two to four days a week based on operational needs. The shifts will primarily be during the evening, from 3 PM to 11 PM, and overnight from 11 PM to 7 AM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all guests.

  • Answer and redirect phone inquiries as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is advantageous.
