Responsibilities:

- Track outreach efforts, sales activities, and success rates, providing regular updates to management.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience selling services or products to school districts or educational institutions is a strong plus.
- Understanding of the education sector, especially around hiring and staffing challenges, would be advantageous.
- Awareness of how recruitment and staffing processes work, particularly within education, would be beneficial.
- Strong analytical skills able to data mine information from the internet.
- Comfortable using job boards, online databases, and other digital resources to identify potential leads.
- Ability to analyze and prioritize leads based on potential value and likelihood of success.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with school administrators and decision-makers effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Capable of handling rejection and remaining persistent in following up with potential clients.
- Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to move prospects through the sales pipeline and close deals efficiently.
- A self-starter who can work independently and manage their own time effectively.
