Job Description- Plans and executes special projects working collaboratively with the Service Delivery Team, relevant corporate departments, operations and any vendors that may be engaged in the project transitions
- Regularly schedules and hosts calls with all parties involved to check on progress, identify roadblocks, adjust schedules, and update plans
- Consistently utilizes agreed-upon project management software application
- Develops, coordinates, and plans training sessions to support the rollout of special initiatives
- Provides routine updates and formal reports to internal parties
- Identifies process improvements needed and works across vendors, functions, and departments to implement necessary changes
- Liaison between Service Delivery Team, corporate departments, and field operations to ensure needs are met and resources are applied effectively
- Identifies opportunities to standardize processes in the field to bring unity around business processes to result in significant financial impact and consistency of service for our internal and external customers
- Researches and analyzes basic and complex issues surrounding the processes and systems
- Makes recommendations surrounding improving processes and practices that align with Equus’ goals and compliance standards
- Facilitates implementation of change management initiatives, as assigned
- Identifies and promotes methods for improving service delivery and business practices through automation which may include systems using artificial intelligence
- Communicates changes and may provide training to impacted business units
- Accountable for the quality and timeliness of projects
- Responds to issues in any of our operations and follow those issues through to resolution
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Three to five years of consulting or project management experience desired
- Experience and knowledge of technology solutions to include basic design, user testing, data mapping and conversion of operational systems including but not limited to Learning Management, HRIS, Case Management; Fiscal Management , Communication Applications and Artificial Intelligence process design
- Organizational design and/or leadership experience preferred
- Six Sigma, PMP, and/or Change Management certification preferred
- Strong business acumen and attention to detail
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office suite products
- Familiar with web based applications, database management, user interface/security and integration of third-party software solutions
- Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of audiences including at an executive level
- Must be willing to travel – travel is not anticipated to exceed an annual average of 15% but may vary seasonally depending on need
