Compensation:

$17 - $21 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Accept other administrative tasks as needed to assist the team and ensure the firm runs smoothly
  • Manage office correspondence and administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, communicating with clients and other offices, responding to emails, and promoting the progress of files necessary to advance client files toward resolution.
Qualifications:
  • Organizational skills and communication skills are necessary for this position
  • Must be able to prioritize tasks with demanding deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to type at least 50 WPM
  • Some knowledge of legal software, case management, and docketing programs
  • 1-2 years of prior experience in a law firm environment as a secretary or administrative assistant
