We are one of the fastest growing FMCG brands, re-writing the rules of RTD cocktails, and facing unprecedented growth. Following our incredible growth journey in the UK as the UK’s #1 premium RTD brand, we launched into the US at the end of 2023 and are growing from strength to strength having recently launched into Massachusetts.

Our success is down to the work that our magic MOTHs do, we hire exceptional people to do exceptional things. Our team in the UK has grown to 35 people and we are looking to hire the first member of our sales team in the US.

About you

We are looking for a superstar Territory Manager based in Boston. This person will be commercially minded, enthusiastic and help build and drive MOTH’s growth in Massachusetts working alongside our distributor. Being part of a scaling business in a new territory, you’ll thrive on variety. Whether it’s out on the road visiting stores and the distributor sales team, in the office working alongside the MOTH team or being an ambassador for the MOTH brand, no two days will be the same.

You will be a vital part of MOTH’s culture, keen to grow as rapidly as the business does. With growth will come the opportunity to build and manage a team, therefore it’s key that you are excited to get involved in the day to day but also have a strategic mindset that you will use to build out a team later next year.

Whilst this is a sales role, as we are a small team in the US you will work closely with the UK Marketing team in executing marketing plans in Massachusetts. You will also work alongside the team in the UK and our Head of Operations, based in New York, in helping us to build and shape the culture of our US team.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Sales strategy and execution in Massachusetts
  • Working with distributor to gain and maximise sales and new listings
  • Increase ROS and brand awareness
  • Working with the MOTH marketing team to deliver marketing plans
  • Reporting to Co-Founders regularly on performance, keeping one step of risks and capitalising on opportunities
  • Working closely with Head of Ops US to assess stock needs
  • Build a best in class sales team

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ sales experience in FMCG and preferably drinks industry
  • An entrepreneurial, results driven salesperson
  • Passion and enthusiasm for MOTH
  • A brilliant presenter with a natural ability to build relationships
  • Hands on and low-ego but with a strategic mindset
  • P&L management
  • A passion for building brands and an understanding of marketing strategies and tactics
  • Proficient with Excel and data
  • Experience managing a small team would be an added bonus
  • Full US driving licence
