Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic financial advice to clients on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital raising, and other corporate finance transactions.
- Conduct financial analysis, including company valuations, financial modeling, and due diligence.
- Prepare comprehensive financial presentations, pitch books, and transaction-related documents.
- Perform market research and industry analysis to support client engagements and business development efforts.
- Assist in structuring and executing transactions, including drafting transaction documents and coordinating with legal and regulatory teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal advisors, accountants, and senior management to ensure seamless execution of transactions.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and other stakeholders to facilitate business development opportunities.
