- Engaging with current clients to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintaining accurate prospect records and conducting thorough discovery sessions to discern needs and offer value-driven solutions.
- Applying MEDDICC qualification methodologies and delivering compelling product demonstrations.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and support.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends to inform sales and marketing strategies.
- Excellent listening, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain professionalism in a dynamic environment.
- Goal-oriented mindset, capable of both independent work and collaboration.
- Innovative thinking and resourcefulness to tackle challenges.
- Positive attitude and resilience in challenging circumstances.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience required, with PEO (Professional Employer Organization) sales experience being advantageous.
- Familiarity with HCM, Benefits, Payroll, and/or insurance is desirable.
- Strong background in consultative sales preferred.
- CRM System proficiency
- Prior experience in HCM/Payroll sales and external sales roles.
- Extensive network of contacts in the Cleveland, Ohio area.
- Demonstrated proficiency in both hunting for new leads and building lasting relationships.
