Office Services Manager
Location: Brea, CA
Job Summary:
The Office Services Manager role provides broad administrative support to ensure the seamless functioning of the local work environment. The ideal candidate will possess the relevant experience and skills to perform the role with limited oversight. Key capabilities include a proven history of competency in decision-making and problem-solving, exceptional organizational skills, strong communication skills, the ability to negotiate and manage contracts, and the desire to operate in a highly dynamic role that manages a large variety of tasks simultaneously.
Requirements for Success:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent,
- Good job-related knowledge:
- 4-7 Years in an Administrative support role
- Vendor and contract management
- Event management
- Experience in business administration
- Budget/cost management
- Facilities experience preferred
- Experience with architectural/interior design a plus
- Outstanding planning & organizational skills
- Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to shift focus quickly and manage a variety of tasks at once
- History of identifying needs and proposing and implementing solutions.
