About the position:

We are looking for a Senior Manager, FP&A to join our team as part of the Finance & Strategy Organization. As the first member of a high-visibility organization, this role will help to build and lead much of Ditto's financial planning, analysis and strategy.

This is an incredibly unique opportunity to come into a high growth business and build much of the financial infrastructure from the ground up.

As the Senior Manager of FP&A, you will:

  • Build and own Ditto's 3-statement operating model; manage relevant stakeholders and inputs, and align with the company long-term model and strategy
  • Own updates and completion of Board materials; partner with relevant stakeholders to ensure all deadlines are met and information is accurate and complete
  • Build and leverage strong relationships with the Ditto leadership team and their organizations
  • Drive forecast and annual planning process adoption, garnering regular updates from business partners
  • Support Investor relations requests; ensure data, models or materials are updated and delivered in a timely and complete fashion
  • Build and leverage strong relationships with the Controllership organization; be involved in the close, and drive collaboration to ensure financial results are complete, accurate and explainable; plug into accounting policy which directly influences the forecast
  • Develop and implement regular (monthly, quarterly) financial reporting for the Ditto leadership team
  • Support and drive high visibility projects
  • Select and implement Ditto's first financial planning tool
  • Automate and systematize cash forecasting
  • Build investor reporting infrastructure

What you'll need:

  • 8+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, strategy or corporate finance.
  • Familiarity and experience with SaaS and usage-based pricing and business models
  • Highly proficient in Excel / GoogleSheets
  • Highly proficient in building auditable, scalable financial models – simple building blocks are the foundation of complex operations
  • Experience with SQL platforms and queries is a plus
  • Experience with FP&A tools: Anaplan, pigment, or other relevant platforms
  • Clear, concise communicator; ability to synthesize complex data or business problems into actionable information to drive results
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, zooming in with good attention to detail while still keeping the big picture in mind
  • Results-oriented, self-starter, organized, team-focused, and a strong work ethic, leveraging relationships to ensure deadlines are met
