Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the BDC, ensuring efficient and effective handling of all inbound and outbound customer communications.
  • Train, coach, and mentor BDC representatives to achieve performance goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve appointment setting and customer follow-up processes.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales and service departments to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a BDC or customer service leadership role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in CRM software and other relevant technologies.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive performance.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
