Compensation:

$105,500 at plan

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience
  • Follow-up with leads to increase sales
  • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal
  • Prospect for new leads to promote new business
  • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
Qualifications:
  • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
  • Organized and manages time effectively
  • Past sales experience is preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
  • A valid Virginia real estate license is required to be considered for this position.

We are family-owned and started The Lemus Group in 2018, but our family has lived in Richmond since 1997. Having been involved with our communities through other businesses for 25 years we pride ourselves on being the local experts for Richmond and surrounding counties. We focus on empowering members of our communities to elevate their lives by investing in themselves through home ownership. We also have a passion for supporting our local youth and professional soccer teams as we understand the joy and important life lessons soccer brings to those involved in the sport. In 2020 we decided to expand our team so we could better serve our large community; today we are still growing while having a team of 10 passionate members who are dedicated to spreading this idea of elevating others. We hope to continue empowering the Richmond area with homeownership for many more years.
