Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans outlining project scope, timelines, resources, and budget.
  • Work with leadership to assemble and lead cross-functional project teams.
  • Allocate internal and external resources effectively to ensure project success.
  • Facilitate communication between team members, stakeholders, and leadership.
  • Identify and assess project risks and develop risk mitigation plans.
  • Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and ensure project deliverables are met and accepted by stakeholders.
  • Evaluate current and proposed processes to define opportunities and ways to increase efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Project Teams, HR and the Training Department to Identify training needs.
  • Develop training plans, coordinate training activities, monitor training progress and ultimately evaluate the effectiveness of training related to change management within projects.
  • Develop change management plans for projects, assess impacts, communicate changes, monitor implementation and evaluate impact.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • BS Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or other Business-related degree; or equivalent experience and training required.
  • A minimum of 3-5 year of experience, training/or education required.
  • Project management related certifications (Ex. PMP, CAPM, CSM, etc.) preferred.
  • Experience with project management software and Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks.
  • Detail-oriented.
