Currently, we have an immediate opening for an HVAC Dispatcher who will be managing our technicians' schedules to conduct service calls in the most efficient manner possible to maximize time and profitability. Respond to inbound calls from clients, understanding the needs, and correctly and effectively scheduling work orders. Review technician paperwork for accuracy and communicate effectively with managers, techs, and customers. Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers. Take initiative, think quickly, adapt to and implement changes to the schedule, and communicate those changes to all parties affected while maintaining an upbeat and professional attitude.

Work Hours: Wednesday - Sunday, 7am - 330pm
Pay Range: $22 - $24 per hour, depending on experience

Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of dispatching for HVAC, electrical, plumbing or similar industry
- Computer proficiency, in Word, Excel, Outlook
- Experience in reviewing documents for accuracy
- Ability to manage a multiple-line phone system
- Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug screening upon being given a conditional offer of employment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Service Titan experience
