As the Automotive Cost/Sales/Parts Comptroller, you will play a crucial role in our operations by managing the financial aspects of our repair and parts departments. We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized individual who can effectively oversee the financial activities of our business and contribute to its overall success.


Responsibilities
  • Monitor and control costs related to repair operations and parts inventory
  • Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management
  • Ensure accurate and timely billing of repair services and parts
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and negotiate pricing
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and manage parts ordering process
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize profitability and cost efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive industry
  • Strong knowledge of automotive repair and parts operations
  • Proficient in financial management software and spreadsheets
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
