Hiring Immediately - Automotive Sales Consultants No Sales Experience Required

Job Description:

We sell about 200+ cars a month, so we are always looking for talented sales associates interested in high volume auto sales. The ideal candidate would have experience in automotive sales or in a public/client facing customer service role. They would have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and be able to drive a manual if needed.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Greet & assist customers
  • Maintain & upkeep the sales floor
  • Take customers on test drives
  • Solve any problems the customer may have
  • Help the customer find the vehicles they are interested in
  • Build customer relationships to drive sales
  • Set a clear goal for your sales performance
  • Show up on time
  • Adhere to uniform requirements
  • Work independently throughout the day

 

Qualifications(Certifications, Skills):

  • Proficient with computers and technology
  • Valid driver's license
  • Clean driving record
  • Good organizational skills
  • Capable communicator
  • Ability to excel in a high pace industry
  • Able to read, write, and speak Spanish proficiently (not required)

Experience:

We are looking for candidates with a background in either customer service or sales. Prior sales experience is not required.

Average Yearly Compensation:  up to $120,000+
