With extensive industry experience, you will leverage your knowledge to assess and manage existing carrier relationships while seeking new partnerships to enhance product solutions.  Your critical thinking skills will be vital in navigating key issues in carrier development.  This can be a hybrid or remote role based out of our Dallas headquarters.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage existing carrier relationships and cultivate new partnerships within the industry, with a focus on establishing strategic alliances with top-tier companies.
  • Act as the primary liaison between brokers and carriers,
  • Develop, deliver, and manage best practices for working with carriers, including establishing a comprehensive database of carrier information and conducting competitive analyses.
  • Drive operational efficiency by optimizing budget management and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Ideal candidates will have direct carrier experience with highly rated insurance carriers.
     
  • Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on carrier relations.
  • Proven track record of building and managing strategic partnerships with insurance carriers.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex issues and drive solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners.
