Position Summary:
The Director of Operations coordinates all activities associated with the business of the facility.
Position Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree or previous experience + High School Degree or commensurate work experience.
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with Medical Terminology Preferred
Position Duties:
- Order and maintain all office-related supplies, including furniture, letterhead, and new supplies as needed.
- Maintain HIPAA compliance among staff and clinic operational standards
- Improve and document clinic systems
- Hold Staff accountable for performance standards
- Manage the Schedule, Cancellations, Drops
- Respond to correspondence, complaints, and inquiries
- Answering phones, sorting and distributing mail, and preparing documents.
- Coordinate with staff on client progress
- Conduct duties of Administrator when they are unavailable.
Applicability: This policy applies to all Sanctuary Recovery Centers personnel and residents
