Responsibilities
  • Using your excellent problem-solving skills you will be managing small to medium commercial accounts through the day-to-day servicing.
  • With your keen attention to detail, youll be maintaining documentation in Agency Management Systems and tracking/recording activities in client accounts.
  • Your outstanding customer service skills will be essential in updating client information and issuing insurance documentation.
  • With your excellent relationship-building talents, youll be educating & advising clients on the best policies for their unique needs.
  • Use your savvy skills to handle renewals and applications for surplus business.

Requirements
  • An Active CO Property & Casualty License is Required.
  • 2+ Years of Commercial Insurance Experience is Required.
  • Hybrid work schedule. Must live in Colorado and willing to work 2-3 days/week in Louisville or Boulder office.
  • Organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including professional phone and office etiquette.
  • Basic computer software knowledge including experience with Agency Management Systems and typing skills.
