Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills are essential for a customer concierge
- Building positive relationships with customers and colleagues is important in creating a welcoming and supportive environment
- Proficiency in using computer systems, email, and various software applications is often required for customer concierge positions
- The ability to identify and resolve customer issues and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner is essential in a customer concierge role.

Requirements:
