What you will do:

  • Enter and maintain employee data in HRIS system (ADP)
  • Create and run reports as requested (weekly, monthly)
  • Manage the I-9 process to ensure we are in 100% compliance as an organization.
  • Service Award Administration/Tuition Reimbursement Administration/Fleet Management Program
  • Assist with employee communications- new hires, birth announcements, funeral notices, etc.
  • Manage employment and other verification requests via mail.
  • Assist other HR team members with day-to-day administration and projects as needed.
  • Assist in the recruiting process, including sourcing and screening applicants.
  • Assist with new employee onboarding and orientation, launch/monitor background and drug screening, and monitor onboarding document completion.
  • Training Coordination & Tracking (CPR, Bloodborne, Harassment, etc.)
  • Order swag and other collateral for recruiting/onboarding events for new hire’s 1st day.
  • Administrative Committee Support
  • Recognition Program Support
  • Company Events- Cardinals Tickets, Christmas Party, United Way, etc.
  • Additional projects and duties as needed.

Additional Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or other human resources-related field preferred and/or a combination of education and relevant experience in lieu of degree.
  • Minimum of (3) years of relevant experience, preferably in support of HR teams
  • Prior experience with HRIS data entry/record management is preferred.
  • Ability to effectively manage daily office needs and tasks simultaneously.
  • Requires strong organizational and time management skills; the ability to work independently.
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Office suite (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook)
