Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Business Development Center (BDC) Agent to join our team. As a BDC Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our potential customers, playing a pivotal role in generating leads, scheduling appointments, and enhancing our customer acquisition strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and text to generate appointments for sales and service.
