Core Tasks of the Operations Coordinator: Will provide general administrative and operational support to The Hope Centers. This employee will be the point of contact for all administrative needs. Collaboration with leadership and other departments, to ensure effective administrative operations take place at Hope will be a key component of this job.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)

  • Previous administrative experience

  • Experience with Google Suite

  • Development of Vendor Relationships

  • Maintenance of Inventory Management

  • Comfortable working with Technology

  • Experience working with individuals with developmental delays (preferred)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support the preparation of Accounts Payable

  • Oversee and control access to Hope Centers by distributing and managing Hope security systems and swipe cards

  • Manage inventory and asset tracking processes across all locations

  • Maintain a high level of awareness regarding all aspects of facilities and ensure that necessary corrections are made

  • Maintain contact list of external parties relevant to Hope

  • Maintain the ability to complete the tasks and responsibilities of other accounting functions through regular trainings and independent review

  • Create Hope email and groups. Assign email groups per Operations Employee categories

  • Maintain and set-up employee issued technology (laptops, phones, security badges)

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective professional relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, clients and the public

  • Displays exceptional interpersonal communication and leadership skills

  • Results-oriented and self-starter who is able to effectively work within deadlines
