About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our team at Hello Bistro. As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant during scheduled shifts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the entire operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts, including informing team members of expectations at the beginning of the shift.
  • Greet customers and provide fast and friendly service with every guest.
  • Understand and practice all safety procedures at the location.
  • Maintain morale on shift through a sense of urgency, professionalism, and team building.
  • Role model and hold team members accountable to operational and quality standards.
  • Clearly communicate and coordinate with other members of the management team.
Requirements
  • Ability to perform all essential job duties within the restaurant, including standing/walking for periods of eight to ten hours and lifting/moving up to 50lbs.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule.
  • Effectively manage team members and resolve conflict.
  • Must have computer skills (MS Office, point of sale systems, inventory management systems, etc.).
