Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients by understanding their evolving IT staffing needs and offering tailored staffing solutions.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets. This includes planning sales approaches, pitches, and presentations.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate terms of business and service level agreements with clients, ensuring profitable deals that align with company objectives.

Qualifications:


  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in IT staffing sales or a similar sales role within the staffing industry.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and the staffing industry.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
