Key Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers.

  • Assemble and lead a dynamic sales team, ensuring alignment with time frames and budget.
  • Train salespeople of all levels of experience on our sales program.
  • Consistently achieve sales targets and meet deadlines.

  • Prior experience in selling and managing in the merchant services industry.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and comfort with technology.
  • Openness to applying past experiences to a new organizational setting.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills.

  • Proven ability to sell and manage within a structured system.
