Stohlman Automotive, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Internet Sales Business Development Specialist to help grow our booming sales department and provide our customers with exceptional experiences. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and flourish in a fast-paced and professional workplace.

An Internet Sales Business Development Specialist provides online customers with information on vehicles, products, and services. You discuss vehicle options and schedule appointments.  In this role, your goal is to increase showroom traffic through successful interactions with potential clientele.

Responsibilities

  • Be professional, courteous, and efficient when working with all customers and employees.
  • Engage and assist customers in selecting the right vehicle to meet their needs.
  • Schedule appointments.  Meet and exceed monthly appointment targets.
  • Follow all CRM processes:  using calls, texts, emails, and video recordings.
  • Manage the dealership’s website with inventory photos and vehicle information.
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, and service departments, to ensure a smooth transaction process.
  • Familiarize yourself with departmental structures and internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Previous internet sales experience preferred, automotive sales a plus.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Customer-oriented with a genuine desire to assist clients.
  • Ability to communicate customers' interests, needs, and requests to management and sales personnel.
  • Professional appearance and work ethic.
  • You must have basic computer proficiency, with strong internet and social media skills.
  • Be self-motivated and have confidence in your abilities in customer service and sales.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Willing to consent to a pre-employment background check and Motor Vehicle Driving Records screening.
  • Available to work flexible hours on weeknights & weekends.
