Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive Automotive Sales and Procurement Expert. This position requires an individual skilled in both vehicle sales and procurement. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing vehicles at auctions, assessing their value, and managing the sales process to ensure a satisfying experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and procure vehicles at auctions in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Perform evaluations and assessments of acquired vehicles.
  • Oversee the entire sales process, from engaging with customers to completing transactions.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and follow up with both potential and existing clients.
  • Meet monthly sales objectives and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in automotive sales and procurement, ideally within a dealership environment.
  • Experience in independently managing a dealership is advantageous.
